Kingdom Citizen
A Kingdom citizen is a person born from above whose true country is the Kingdom of God. The King is Jesus Christ. Your deepest allegiance flows to Him, and your authority flows from Him, before any earthly nation, tribe, or institution has a claim on you.
"For our conversation is in heaven; from whence also we look for the Saviour, the Lord Jesus Christ." (Philippians 3:20)
The word conversation in the King James is politeuma: your citizenship, your commonwealth, the government you belong to. Paul says it is already in heaven. Present tense.
You Are Born Into It​
Citizenship is not earned by performance, and no institution grants it. It is conferred by the new birth. "Except a man be born again, he cannot see the Kingdom of God" (John 3:3). The moment you are born again you are made part of "an holy nation" (1 Peter 2:9), and your primary identity changes at the root.
Apostle Delmar says it plainly. When a man began listing where he was from, Apostle stopped him: you are actually heaven, then Korean, then American, because you are born from the Kingdom that is from above. When you say "I am Kingdom," it trumps everything else. [See: A Rededication for the full exchange.] Your citizenship is in heaven right now, and acknowledging it looses angels and the Holy Spirit to operate in your life.
Two Sides of One Citizenship​
Every real citizenship runs two directions, and both belong to the Kingdom citizen.
Authority. You carry the rights of your country. Apostle calls it diplomatic immunity: the laws of this earth do not faze you, because you go by the laws of the Kingdom you are from. That is why storms get run off and tumors disappear under the laying on of hands. The Kingdom outranks everything in this world. This is delegated authority, exercised because of who your King is.
Allegiance. You also carry the duties of your country. A citizen lives under the King's government, keeps His law, and represents His interests here as "ambassadors for Christ" (2 Corinthians 5:20). The authority is real because the submission is real. A person who claims the immunity and refuses the King is a pretender, not a citizen. Kingdom citizenship is measured by how completely you obey, not by how much power you carry.
Kingdom Citizen Is Not the Same as Nation of Fire Citizen​
Keep these distinct. Every born-again believer is already a citizen of the Kingdom by rebirth. The Nation of Fire is what it looks like when Kingdom citizens align under apostolic covering and burn together, so the same fire multiplies through the whole body. One is a birthright. The other is an alignment you step into. Do not confuse the citizenship you were born into with the movement you join.
It Names What You Are​
"Kingdom" is a positive identity. Not a denomination, not the absence of one, not a label that tells people what you walked away from. It is the name of what you are: a citizen under the government of God, carrying His authority, loyal to Him before any tribe on earth. When someone asks where you are from, the truest answer is the one that outranks all the others.
You are not from here. You are Kingdom, and the country you are from outranks every power in this world.
